Another highlight in this sale is a Rolex Daytona Paul Newman in 18 Karat yellow gold with a black leather band. This watch is a true icon, and the combination of black and gold is a classic example of simple elegance. A particularly remarkable piece is an Audemars Piguet Triple Complication, with a platinum case. This superb watch is a definite example of ‘haute horlogerie’ and is a true millionaire’s companion.
