We would like to introduce you to Mark Lambert, Auctionata expert in Classic Cars.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, the racing capital of the USA, Mr Lambert developed a passion for cars at an early age. Though schooled in business, he knew he was destined for a career in the automobile industry. As a child he purchased a used MGTF and an Austin Healy 3000. By the time he reached driving age, he was both an experienced driver and a devoted restorer.

In 1980 he founded a restoration and repair shop, Lambert Auto, in Nashville. The business specialises in full classics and both pre- & post-war racing and sports cars. It has been responsible for restoring some of the 20th century’s most significant and fascinating cars. Mr Lambert’s expertise and in-depth knowledge has been sought by distinguished drivers and collectors around the world for over 30 years.

A lifelong student of automobile history, Mr Lambert is a veteran judge at several concourses in the USA, including the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Lambert Auto was featured in the bestselling book “Ultimate Garages”, alongside Jay Leno's garage and 23 others across the USA.

Mark Lambert lives and works in Tennessee.
