Classical and historical motif enthusiasts will be glad to see the around 1800 finished “Allegory of Napoleon as a liberator of Italy”, painted by Francesco Alberis (1765-1836). The highlight in the Italian avangarde is the futuristic composition “Dinamismo di Forme” from Roberto Baldessari (1894-1865), while the more picturesque “Venice motif” from Sylvius D. Paoletti (1834-1912) represents the previous painter generation. Furthermore, the informal art is shown by the example of the abstract mixed technique of Giuseppe Santomaso from the year 1986. A characteristic C-Print („Firenze Piedone“, 1998) from the popular Italian Photo journalist Massimo Vitali (born 1944) also belongs to the current pieces in the auction.
