Tin Toys, Steiff Teddies and Dolls for Collectors

Last Friday auctioneer Fabian Markus, together with our experts Ursel Alber and Peter Holtz, presented a particularly diverse collection of rare and antique toys from different eras. 186 users from 21 different countries followed Auctionata’s live auction on the internet. Special highlights such as the Humpty Dumpty circus by Schoenhut, the ocean liner “Bremen” by Bing and the “Oh-My” tap dancer by Lehmann represent the variety of this auction. An especially lovely Käthe Kruse Number 1 doll from 1913, with a starting price of €900, was sold for €2,000.
